Absolute Color Picker ActiveX is an ActiveX component to be used by programmers that lets application users select different colour tones in RGB (Red/Green/Blue) and HSB (Hue/Saturation/Brightness).

With the Absolute Color Picker ActiveX component you can also apply different transparency levels, and grades of colours. It has a log of all the actions done in case you want to undo one of them.
